Shipping 

Standard delivery is £3.50 (Free on orders over £50).

At the moment, we only ship within the UK, but we’re hoping to expand soon.

Because each product is made to order, please allow 4 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) for delivery. This includes both production and shipping time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume. Final delivery costs and times will be shown at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Every piece is made just for you, so we don’t offer returns for buyer’s remorse. But if your item is defective, damaged or something’s gone seriously wrong with sizing, get in touch - we’ll chat and figure it out together.

I handle each return personally, so everything is dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email kzee@cozybabes.co with a photo of the issue. If approved, I’ll refund you or send a replacement. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (if this is the route we are taking).

Why case-by-case?

Because this is still a one-woman show. I’m learning and building as I go, and I want every customer experience to feel fair and human. Thanks for being part of it.
